TMS-RMS Resistance Measurement System

RMS is a fully automated resistance measurement, laser marking and sorting handler. It consists of one Input cart with 60 stackable trays in a very compact and small foot print, four parallelism resistance and temperature tester, laser marking and sorting to 8 output carts/bins with 60 stackable trays per cart. Output cart binning is dynamic; bins can be assigned to output carts or re-assigned based on the tested bin distribution. Each tray feeder system is designed to accommodate respective cart independently by automating DUT trays indexing & feeding onto its respective sub-conveyor. With 3 designated gantry systems built-in with LIDAR integrated, it is capable of picking & placing multiple DUTs at one time sorting tested DUTs to respective sub-conveyor before entering back to its cart. It is integrated with a compact carousel conveyor as well that moves 10 slave boards to accommodate the respective sub-conveyor during the sorting & testing processes.
