+

Job Objective:

Responsible for the whole corporation’s network, email communication, servers, client desktop & notebook setup and maintenance.

 

Main Responsibilities and Duties

  • Review & plan IT infrastructure according to corporate plan. Ensure continuity of functioning of company network & server.
  • Implement, upgrade & maintain IT infrastructure & requirements.
  • Monitoring on server including backup, pattern file / patches updates, email traffic, attendance download, CCTV server and Internet access.

Responsibilities:

  • Design lens system and optical module of Photonics and Electronics ATE System for Camera Sensor, ToF Sensor, Ambient Light Sensor and Proximity Sensor products.
  • Manage supply chain for optical component & equipment sourcing, system design and fabrication.
  • Collaborate with mechanical and electrical specialists to complete system modelling, analysis and method of performance validation.
  • Sustain End of Life component & provide recommendation on the replacement.
  • Develop design documentations & requirements specification for assigned projects.
  • Responsible to transfer customer requirement into optical system meeting quality for test.
  • Manage test methodology, work with project team & customer for system integration.

HR Senior Executive/ Junior Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overall human resources and administration functions.
  • Assist in managing and handling of employees’ attendance, recruitment, training & development, employee relations, performance management, updates of Employee personal files, preparation of HR letters and reports.
  • Prepare HR related correspondence and documentation with careful attention to legal requirements and HR practice such as employment contract, warning, termination, memo, policy and etc.
  • Liaise with government statutory such as LHDN, EPF, SOCSO, Immigration Department, Labour office and etc.
  • Administer employee benefit and welfare such as hostel, cafeteria and transportation.

Facility Technician

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and carry out overall plant maintenance and housekeeping.
  • Ability in hands on repairing of malfunction equipment / fittings under Facility Department scopes.
  • Coordinate and supervise contractor work on maintaining, servicing, housekeeping and constructions work in the premise.
  • Ensure all contractors follow the safe work practice. Monitoring & supervising vendor/ contractor works related to facility arrangement.
  • Ensure compliance to rules & regulations in the facility, i.e BOMBA, Machinery Department, MPPP, Tenaga Nasional and Safety and Health (DOSH) Department.
  • Ensure all equipment installations and operating including schedule wastes disposals are according to the Environmental Act.
  • Keeps fire equipment, alarms, switches and sensors in good working conditions.
  • To carry out the duties as a committee member for OSH and ERT.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or above.
  • Passes minimum of Chargeman AO certificate conduct by Suruhanjaya Tenaga would be an added advantage.

Project Engineer & Senior Engineer

Job Objective:

  • Responsible for project coordination activities and execute establish plan.
  • Enhance product manufacture process and provide support to operation. Ensure on time delivery and good quality product to customer.
  • Manage and maintain product technical information. Ensure information are up to date and proliferate into relevant department involve.
  • Provide technical consultancies and support to all relevant parties for potential business and opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for coordinating and monitoring assigned project activities or task according to project schedule/ planning.
  • Review new product technical information. Any discrepancy or doubt regarding technical information shall perform communication with customer and communicate with related parties to obtain their approval.
  • Ensure manufacturing flow is carrying out according to project schedule to prevent unforeseen circumstances.
  • Establish product inspection check list, visual and inspection criteria for new product if documents are not applicable by customer.
  • Perform data analysis and failure analysis report for customer complaint regarding technical or workmanship issues.
  • Follow Pentamaster ISO procedures and requirements. Feedback to superior if procedures are not able to follow or meet work requirements.
  • Ensure 5S’s at work areas at all the times able for customer’s spot check / Audit at any time.
  • Any others assignment assign by superior from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Engineering / Mechanical / Electrical & Electronic / Mechatronic / Equivalent.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and sorting documents for data entry from production(Polishing) and quality checking (tip forming/pins) and incoming product from customer every day.
  • Entering data into database and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data in record.
  • Monitoring inventory movement and traceability.
  • Organize waste for scrap product and create disposal.
  • Picking and packing goods for shipment and deliver.

Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Sale Executive is responsible for responding to customer enquiries efficiently and effectively.
  • Attend to customer request efficiently and manage allocated accounts to ensure continuous customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales related documents for the purpose of the sales activities (e.g. presentation, quotations).
  • Provide up to date report and progress on sales activities, customer information and industry news.
  • Attend and coordinate customer visit to the plant site.
  • Support in communication and coordination of post-sales feedback and enquire from customer.

Technical Sales Manager

Main Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Meet and/or exceed company sales forecasts in designated territory through in-depth knowledge of market segments, expert technical sales knowledge across product line, and sales skills to convert customer leads to sales.
  • Identify potential sales leads and develop sales plan for converting leads to sales using available resources (targeted marketing, technical resource, customer care, regional representative, etc.)
  • Travel 70% throughout assigned local territory to call on regular and prospective customers to develop and maintain knowledge of accounts, solicit orders, perform product demonstrations/seminars, attend trade shows, and understanding customer’s issue.
  • Develop strong customer relationships to enhance and maintain current and future business.

Responsibilities:

  • To develop, test & deploy internal application system of the Company.

Control Engineer

Main Responsibilities

  • Design electrical schematic diagram for automation machine.
  • Create electrical panel layout, cable routing layout, etc.
  • Generate bill of materials or select electrical components that need to purchase for the machine.
  • Communicate with team on machines specification and component selection.
  • Coordinate with assembly team to provide guidance in electrical/ wiring whenever necessary.
  • Write machine manuals, setup procedures and machine checklist.
  • Onsite service and troubleshooting should there be need arises.
  • Other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/ Mechatronics) or equivalent.
