The CU-Plated ceramic printed assembly board in power modules must always be in contact with copper connections to ensure the best conductivity of electricity. 

The ceramic material is highly sensitive which makes the contacting process more complex and challenging to perform using conventional methods. 

This complex application is easily resolved with PM52-USW ultrasonic technology that is designed for copper terminals of power modules.
